The picture looks a bit noisy in the full view (large ISO I guess), but other than that it's a real gem. Lovely lighting and textures, it already looks like a painting. And I guess the noise doesn't matter that much to painters using it as a reference.
Well, you can usually use a piece of furniture or something as a tripod. You may still get some shake occasionally, but if you take a bunch of pictures most of them will usually be perfectly sharp. I've successfully used this approach for exposures up to 1 second.
